  • What to do in case of Cardiac Emergency:?
  • Ans: Call for Ambulance Immediately and also your Doctor If Patient is having chest pain giddiness or uneasiness-Make him or her Lay down preferably on one side. If breathless patient may be more comfortable sitting up. Only patient is known to having heart blocks and conscious than you can administer sublingual below tongue SORBITRATE. This can not be used in EVERYONE JUST LIKE THAT. If patient has severe chest pain and heart attack is suspected than one can 325mg of soluble aspirin/DISPIRIN. Shift the patient to nearest hospital which is capable of handling Cardiac Emergencies and you are WILLING to TAKE TREATMENT.

  • What to Do when heart attack is suspected?
  • Ans: One can suspect to be having heart attack when there is there severe (not always) chest pain especially if its diffuse, on both sides or going to back and left arm. Majority of time associated with sweating and sometime with vomiting and weakness. Once Heart attack is suspected
    1. Stop and work Activity or Exercise you may be doing
    2. Lay down Calmly and Call for help-Don’t worry about dying Todays world not many people will die
    3. Take one tablet of Disprin 325mg
    4. Call an Ambulance and Go to nearest Cardiac Centre.
